Besan Bread Pizza

About the Recipe

Today we are going to learn how to make bread-besan pizza. This can be done for breakfast or snacks. You can prepare and cook the bread-besan pizza within 30 minutes. Oddy Ecobake helps you bake the bread besan pizza in the oven without the need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Besan - more than 1/2 cup & Maida - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp & black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup, Eno - 1 tsp & Oddy Ecobake
  • Green capsicum/Yellow Capsicum/Red capsicum-1 small
  • Onion-1 medium, Mayonise -2 tbsp & Tomato ketchup-1 tbsp
  • Chilly flakes-1 tsp & Balck pepper-1 tsp
  • Oregano herb- 1 tsp & Bread slic-6
  • Mozzarella -1/2 cup & Cheese slice -3 nos

Directions

 

  • Prepare the batter by mixing besan, maida, salt, and black pepper with water and letting it rest for some time.
  • Beat the batter, add eno to it, and mix well by adding a spoonful of water on top of it. Keep it aside for a while. Add chopped vegetables and spices to a bowl.
  • Combine everything well after adding tomato sauce and mayonnaise to the veggies. Your stuffing is ready. Take 6 bread slices and add stuffing on top of 3 slices.
  • Place another 3 slices on the stuffing as shown. You can either dip the breads in the batter or apply the batter on top of them.
  • Place the coated bread slices on a grill plate lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the breads in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes. Your bread-besan pizza is ready!
