Cabbage Breakfast

Cabbage belongs to the brassica genus, which includes broccoli, cauliflower and kale. It’s packed with nutrients while being very low in calories. Studies show eating cabbage may help reduce inflammation, protect the immune system, and lower blood pressure and cholesterol.

Ingredients

 

  • Cabbage
  • Chickpea flour
  • Turmeric
  • Red chilli powder
  • Asafoetida
  • Salt
  • Boiled potato
  • Coriander
  • Sweet corn

Directions

 

  • Take 1 cabbage and cut the top of the cabbage as shown in the video and pealt big leaf of cabbage.
  • With the help of a rolling pin start rolling on both sides of the leaf until the bottom of the leaf gets soft as shown in the video
  • Take 1 cup Chickpea flour in a mixing bowl and 1 tsp turmeric ,¼ tsp red chilli powder ,pinch of asafoetida , salt as per taste and mix it well , after that add a small amount of water and make paste as shown in the video.
  • Take 2 boiled potatoes and rub it on box grater as shown in video , and add small amount of coriander , sweet corn ,1 tsp masala ,¼ red chilli powder , 1 tsp red chilli flex , ½ tsp ,mango powder , ½ tsp oregano , salt as per taste , 1 tsp cumin and mix well with the help of hand as shown in video and make a cylindrical roll.
  • Take of leaf of cabbage and apply that paste on leaf ,and do it same with other leafs as shown in video.
  • Take roll and put on leaf and roll it as shown in video
  • Take steel utensils and oddy ecobake cooking paper circles and put it on utensils as shown in the video ,after that put rolls on it and leave it for steam on kadhai putting 2 cups of water in kadhai .And leave it for 20 mins as shown in video
  • After that cut the rolls in to pieces and after that fry the rolls in fry pan.
