Ingredients

  • Fresh curd - 1/2 cup Sugar - 1 cup + 1 tbsp, Oil - 6 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1.5 tsp, Maida - 1.5 cups
  • Baking powder - 1.5 tsp & Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Whipping cream - 2 or 2.5 cups & Sugar syrup
  • Blueberry crush, Red, yellow, green food gel & Oddy Ecobake
  • Oreo biscuits without cream - 4 & Chocolate ganache

Directions

  • Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl. Add the dry ingredients through a sieve to the same bowl. Mix them well to prepare the cake batter. Transfer the cake batter to a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 40 minutes in a preheated vessel on the stove.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into two equal parts. Place the first cake layer on a cake board, soak it with sugar syrup, and apply whipped cream to it. Spread evenly. Spread the blueberry crush over the cream and spread it evenly.
  • Repeat the same process for the second layer of the cake. After crumb-coating the cake, make lines on it using a scale at equal intervals. Slice the two ends of the cake and place them on the remaining part of the cake as shown.
  • Using a knife, tamper with the front end of the car to make it appear slanted. Make a blue print of the cake using a toothpick, nozzle, and bottle cap. Outline the borders of the car parts with chocolate ganache.
  • Make designs on the remaining part of the cake with red cream. Fill the front and back lights of the car with yellow cream. Fill the outlined part with white cream. Make wheels with Oreo biscuits as shown. Make grass patterns on the cake board with green cream.
