Mysore Pak is everyone’s super favorite sweet dish. It is soft and dissolves as soon as your take a bite. Try this Mysore Pak recipe for your family. While pouring the Mysore Pak recipe don’t forget to line the tray with Oddy Ecobake. It is used in cooking, and is safe, easy, and healthy to use.

Ingredients

 

  • Dalda (vegetable ghee) - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 2 cups & Gram flour - 2 cups
  • Yellow food coloring & Baking powder - ½ tsp
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • In a pan heat 2 cups of Dalda. In another pan add 2 cups of sugar and enough water to cover the sugar.
  • Prepare a 1 thread pak (syrup). It takes 7-8 minutes to prepare the pak.
  • After the park is ready, still cook the pak for 2-3 minutes. When the pak thickens, add 2 cups gram flour and yellow food color to the paste and mix well.
  • Now take the hot dalda little by little and put it in the gram flour mixture as shown in the video.
  • When all the ghee is added to the gram flour mixture, the gram flour mixture swells and thickens.
  • Now add a ½ tsp of baking powder to this mixture and mix the mixture together. Pour the hot mixture into the tin lined with Oddy Ecobake and spread it as shown in the video.
  • After spreading, cut the vadi with the help of a knife. Now cool the Mysore pak for 1hour. Do not keep in the fridge. Mysore pak is ready.
