Tasty Spicy Coriander Vadi

Spicy and tasty coriander vada is a special recipe. It is everyone’s favorite. Try this recipe as an evening snack or as a side food dish. While steaming the vadi, try Oddy Ecobake. Place Oddy Ecobake cut as per the size of the steaming plate. It helps in uniform steaming.

Ingredients

 

  • Fresh Coriander leaves & Turmeric - ½ tsp
  • Red Chutney (powder) - 1 tbsp & Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
  • Ova (Ajwain) - 1 tbsp & Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp & Gram flour - 1 cup
  • Water - 2-3 tbsp & Salt
  • Oil & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Finely chop the coriander. Then wash and dry.
  • Now add turmeric, red chutney (powder), cumin seeds, ova (ajwain) (crushed), sesame seeds, garlic paste, salt to taste, 2-3 tsp water and gram flour little by little as shown in the video.
  • Add, combine gently knead all the above ingredients. Use less water and less gram flour. The mixture for coriander vada is ready.
  • To cook the vadas, take a steaming plate and place Oddy Uniwraps. Make Vadas by greasing your hands with title oil Place the vadas on the steaming plate.
  • Make all the remaining vadas in this manner. Put sesame seeds on the vadas (optional).
  • Heat water in a pan and keep the plate containing the vadas in the pan for 10-12 minutes.
  • After boiling, cool the vadas and cut them. Heat oil in a khadhai. Fry the steamed vadas till crispy. Tasty and spicy Coriander Vadi is ready.
