Cauliflower Chenna Masala With Methi Paratha

Make this delicious methi paratha with cauliflower chenna paratha for your dinner or lunchbox. Along with quick cauliflower and chenna kurma, the paratha is prepared with wheat flour and chopped methi or fenugreek leaves. Try incorporating fenugreek leaves, which are rich in amino acids, into your diet. To preserve their freshness for a long time, the methi paratha are prepared and wrapped in Oddy Uniwraps Brown. Ingredients

 

  • Wheat flour-2 cups & Methi or fenugreek leaves-1 cup & Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder-1/2 tsp & White sesame seeds-1/2 tsp & Carom seeds-1/4 tsp
  • Salt-to taste & Gram flour or besan-2 tbsp & Ginger grated-1 tsp
  • Onion-1 & Tomato-2 & Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Cumin-1/2 tsp & Chilli powder-1/2 tbsp & Cumin powder-1/2 tbsp
  • Garam masala-1/2 tbsp & Coriander powder-1/2 tbsp & Turmeric powder-a pinch
  • Blanched cauliflower & White chenna (cooked) -1 cup & Kasuri methi-1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves & Lemon juice-1/2 tsp
  • Oddy Uniwraps Brown

Directions

 

  • Take wheat flour, cleaned and chopped methi leaves, chilli powder, cumin powder, carom seeds, sesame seeds, salt, grated ginger, gram flour, and oil to a mixing bowl and crumble well. Mix it with water gradually and knead to make a soft dough.
  • Grease it with oil, cover it, and let it rest for 10 minutes. To make cauliflower chenna masala: Fry chopped onion, tomatoes, and ginger-garlic paste in oil and grind them into a fine paste.
  • Then heat the oil, let the cumin sputter, and then add the spice powders to it and fry for 10 seconds. Then add the ground paste to it and fry. Add salt and water to it to adjust the consistency, and cook for some time.
  • Then add cauliflower and boiled white chenna to it and cook until the gravy comes to a boil. Lastly, add Kasuri methi, coriander leaves, and lemon juice to it. The cauliflower chenna masala is ready.
  • Pinch a small ball of dough and roll it flat on the rolling board. Grease each fold with ghee, fold it into four, and roll it flat again. Cook it in a pan on a medium flame until it cooks well on both sides.
  • Wrap it in Oddy Uniwraps Brown and pack it along with cauliflower chenna kurma for your lunch box.
