Cheesy & Crispy Potatoes

About the Recipe

Today we are going to make crispy and cheesy potatoes. Kids will love this recipe. We can make this in an oven without using any oil. Ecobake helps to keep your kitchen free from greasiness and can be used for upto 230 deg C.

Ingredients

 

  • 6 no potatoes
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp mix herbs
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 4 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 cheese slices
  • 2 to 3 tbsp tomato sauce

Directions

 

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedge shapes. Put water in a vessel and heat it on the stove. Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water. Now add the potatoes to the vessel and let them boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Now drain the water from the vessel and wipe away the excess water with a cloth.  In a bowl, put the potatoes and add corn flour, olive oil, mixed herbs, oregano, and bread crumbs.
  • Take a baking tray and place a Ecobake brown baking paper on that. Arrange the potato wedges in an array on the baking paper.  Place this tray in the oven preheated at 200 deg.
  • Take the cooked, crispy potatoes out of the oven. Grate cheese on the hot, crispy potatoes. To prepare cheese dip, heat milk in a pan, add 3 slices of cheese to it, and add 3 tbsp of tomato sauce.
  • Switch off the stove once the cheese dissolves and the dip thickens. Enjoy your cheesy crispy potatoes with the prepared cheese dips.
