Chinese Bhel

About the Recipe

Chinese bhel is a spicy, flavorful, crispy noodle chaat with Indo-Chinese influences. Trucks of crunchy fried noodles, vibrant vegetables, and a flavorful sweet chilli sauce are all present. Rather than using a newspaper or plastic plate, Oddy Ecobake helps you relish your Chinese bhel wrapped in it.

Ingredients

 

  • Water and salt – ½ tsp & Noodles
  • Oil – 3 tbsp + frying
  • Ginger & Garlic & Green chillies
  • Onion, Carrot & Capsicum
  • 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste & 1/4 tsp eno
  • Cabbage & Pepper powder
  • Red chilli sauce & Tomato sauce
  • Soy sauce, Vinegar & Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Add salt to water and boil it. Cook the noodles in the boiling water as shown.
  • Once the noodles are completely cooked, strain the excess water and dry them completely.
  • Fry the dried noodles in hot oil and crush them once they reach room temperature.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, green chillies to it and saute well.
  • Add chopped vegetables and partially cook them to make the veggies crunchy.
  • Give the veggies a good mix after adding chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce and vinegar.
  • Transfer everything to a bowl and mix them with the crushed and fried noodles.
  • Make a cone with Oddy Uniwraps as shown and fill your Chinese bhel in it and enjoy!
