Chocolate Cake with Biscuits

This is the most delicious “chocolate cake recipe” ever, prepared with Parle-G biscuits and dairy milk chocolate. This cake is prepared in an extremely unique way. Oddy Ecobake helps you get the perfect shape for your cake without greasing the mold, so there’s no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • 200 gm Parle–G Biscuits (40 pieces) & 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp coffee powder & 3/4 cup milk (180 ml)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder & 1 tsp eno
  • Dairy Milk Chocolates Rs. 40/ & rs. 10/ 1 each
  • 3/4 cup cream and Oddy Ecobake
  • Golden Sugar balls & cherries for decoration

Directions

 

  • Mix everything well to prepare the cake batter. Combine the eno with some milk in the cake batter and mix well. Transfer the cake batter to a cake mould lined with the Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 45 minutes in a preheated kadai.
  • To make chocolate ganache, combine chopped dairy milk and milk. Beat whipped cream in a bowl with chocolate ganache to prepare the chocolate frosting. Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into two parts.
  • Place the first layer and soak it with sugar syrup. Apply chocolate frosting to the cake sponge. Place the second layer of cake and repeat the same procedure. Frost the cake completely with chocolate frosting.
  • Pour the remaining chocolate ganache over the cake and spread it evenly on the top of the cake. Decorate the cake with rosettes, golden sugar balls, and cherries. Your delicious, super-easy chocolate cake is ready!
