Ingredients

 

  • 1.5 cup Vanilla premix (300 ml), 2 tbsp oil
  • Water as required, Oddy Ecobake
  • Sugar syrup - 1/2 cup water, 4 tbp sugar, and 1/2 tsp strawberry flavor essence
  • 250 ml whipping cream, strawberry crush
  • readymade chocolate syrup,grated dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp natural gel, 2 drops tomato red liquid color
  • some chocolate toppings, red cherries

Directions

 

  • In a mixing bowl, take vanilla premix, oil and water. Mix well till it forms a smooth batter. Line the cake tin with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Pour the batter in cake tin and tap it to release air and evenly settle the batter. Bake it on gas in a deep vesseled utensil.
  • Place a stand in the utensil and keep the inside it. Bake the cake for 35-40 mins on low flame. After it is baked, remove from flame, allow it to cool.
  • Cut the top most brown part of the cake. Then cut the remaining cake into three layers. On the last layer, coat it with sugar syrup.
  • Add whipping cream with the help of pipping bag. Smoothen and even the cream nicely. Add a thin layer of strawberry crush and spread it evenly.
  • Add next layer of cake, soak with sugar syrup and fill with whipping cream. Add a thin layer of readymade chocolate syrup by directly pouring it in circles.
  • Add grated dark chocolate on the chocolate syrup layer. Put the last layer on the filling and coat it with sugar syrup.
  • Complete the crumb coating of the sides of the cake. For final finishing, complete the frosting with whipping cream.
  • Level the sides and the top part of the cake evenly. Take natural gel, add a very little water and mix well. Add 2 drops of tomato red liquid color.
  • Pour this mixture into the top part of the cake. spread it gently with a palette knife. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2-4 hours.
  • Now with a long knife, carefully cut the pieces for the pastry. Add some chocolate toppings, make roses with whipped cream and add a cherry.
  • Now place a palette knife below the gently with a palette knife and place it in a pastry case.
