Ingredients

  • Chocolate cake premix – 180 gm, Oil – 2 tbsp & Water – ½ cup + 1 tbsp
  • Whipped cream – ¾ cup + ½ cup & Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 3 to 4 tbsp, Golden sugar balls & Dark chocolate chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Chopped dark chocolate – ¼ cup + 2 tbsp milk & Pink food gel
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

  • Prepare the cake batter by mixing the cake premix, oil, and water. Transfer the cake batter into a mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for minutes at °C in a preheated oven.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into 3 equal parts. Prepare chocolate frosting by mixing cocoa powder and sugar into whipped cream and beating it until stiff peaks are formed.
  • Place the first layer of the cake on a cake board, soak it with sugar syrup, apply chocolate frosting, and add grated dark chocolate. Repeat the same process for the second and third layers of the cake.
  • Frost the cake completely using the remaining whipped cream. Apply pink cream on top of the cake and cover half of the sides of the cake in a drip pattern with the pink cream. Prepare dark chocolate ganache by mixing warm milk with chopped dark chocolate.
  • Transfer it to a piping bag and draw borders on the drip pattern of the cake. Make clouds and broken borders on the top of the cake as shown. Fill a paper cup with a fruit cake and frost it using whipped cream with a 1M nozzle.
  • Make a drop pattern on the bottom of the cake with a small star-shaped nozzle. Make swirls at regular intervals on the cake using the same 1M nozzle. Decorate them with golden sugar balls and your cake is ready.
