Crispy Paneer Bhaji

Ingredients

 

  • Paneer-250 gms, 1 onion & coriander leaves
  • 2 green chillis, 1/4 tsp ginger & 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric & 1/2tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder & 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin, salt, 2 tspcornflour & 6 tsp gram flour
  • Hot oil to fry & Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Take the scrambled paneer into a mixing bowl and add all the other ingredients.
  • Mix them together with the required water to prepare the dough.
  • Make small roundels and arrange them on a plate.
  • Deep fry these paneer roundels in hot oil to make paneer bhaji.
  • Pack them in Oddy Uniwraps to keep them fresh and flavorful.
