Ingredients

 

  • Chopped & boiled pumpkin & Oddy Uniwraps
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup & salt - a pinch
  • Fennel seeds - 1 tsp & pepper - 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds - 1 tsp & pepper - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp, Water as required & hot oil

Directions

 

  • Peel and chop the pumpkin into small pieces, then boil them until they become soft.
  • Take the boiled pumpkin pieces into a bowl and mash them well.
  • Add wheat flour, fennel seeds, salt, crushed pepper, sugar, and water and mix well to prepare the batter.
  • Drop these fritters in hot oil and fry them until they're golden in colour.
  • Your pumpkin gulgule is ready. You can stir them or pack them for snacks to keep them fresh.
