Crispy Rava Chips In 5 Minutes

About the Recipe

Chips are one of everyone’s favourite dishes. Today we are going to make rava chips without rice flour and wheat flour. Kids will love these crispy rava chips that can be done in 5 minutes!

Ingredients

 

  • 1½ cup Bombay Rava
  • 4 Red Chillies
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • Water
  • Oil

Directions

 

  • Grind 1½ cup bombay rava add 4 red chillies and 3/4 tsp salt in a mixer jar. Now add water little by little and make a tight dough out of these.
  • Apply oil to the dough and knead once again. Place the dough on Ecobake cooking paper and flatten it. Cut the flattened dough into equal squares.
  • Fry these rava squares in hot oil and serve them on a plate.
  • Grease 2 small plates or thalis (4-5 inch diameter) using 1-teaspoon oil.
