Ingredients
- Rice
- 3 Potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 green chillies
- 1 tsp jeera
- Oil
Directions
- Take rice and soak in water for 4-5 hours.
- Once soaked, drain the water and add the rice in a mixer.
- Boil 3 potatoes and peel the skin. Add them to the mixer along with the rice and grind it.
- Take it in a bowl, add 1 tsp Salt, 3-4 tsp green chilli, 1 tsp jeera and mix well. If you feel the batter is very watery, you can add gram or wheat flour.
- Now heat some oil in medium flame. After hearing, lower the flame and use the batter to make small pakodas and fry them. Once fried, remove them.
- Use Oddy uniwrap and remove the excess oil. You can also use it to wrap it for later use.
