About the Recipe

Consider making this dariya ni bhaji na bhajiya, which is prepared with sour purslane leaves and is very nutritious. This recipe demonstrates how to prepare a tasty snack for festivals or during a fast in India using these seeds. There are two ways to make it: either shallow fry in a flat pan with little oil or deep fry in heated oil. Serve them on a dish lined with Oddy Uniwraps or pack them in it to make it even healthier. Oddy Uniwraps are safe and hygienic to use because they are made from organic cellulose.
