Domino’s Style Zingy Parcels

It’s considered  healthy and often very tasty to try new recipes sometimes. Not every recipe is time taking or complex, some are easy to make and amazingly tasty, like Zingy Parcel. Made Bakery style Zingy Parcel at home without using yeast.

Ingredients

For 10 Zingy Parcels

 

  • For Dough
  • All purpose flour- 2 cup
  • Salt- 1tsp
  • Grated garlic- 1 tsp
  • Oregano- 1 tsp
  • Red Chili flakes- ½ tsp
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • For Filling:
  • Paneer cubes- 1 cup
  • Chopped onions- 1
  • Chopped capsicum- 1
  • Sweet corn- 1/4 cup
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Tomato sauce- 2 tbsp
  • Veg mayonnaise- 1 tbsp
  • Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Grated garlic- 1 tsp
  • Oregano- 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes- 1/2 tsp
  • Grated mozzarella cheese- 1/2 cup
  • Oregano and chili flakes for sprinkling
  • Butter for brushing

Directions:

  • Take a bowl and add 2 Cups of all purpose flour(Maida), 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp oregano, ½ tsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp cooking oil and a cup of curd.
  • Mix it well with your hands, then add 1 tsp Oil and cover the dough in it and let it rest for 15 mins.
  • Take 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, after a few mins, add 1 tsp grated garlic and Broil it for a few mins on low flame. Then add 1 finely chopped Onion to it
  • As the onions got lil browns add 1 finely chopped capsicum to it, Add ¼ cup of sweet corn, some salt as per your taste, 1 tsp red chili flakes and 1 tsp oregano.
  • Broil it on low flame while stirring it continuously.
  • Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp veg mayonnaise, and mix it well
  • Add 1 cup of Paneer Cubes.
  • Divide your dough into 10 small portions, and make round balls.
  • Take a ball and sprinkle some maida over it, and roll it to make a slightly thick chapati
  • Give it a shape of triangle and add 1 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, then add 1 tbsp of filling and again add some mozzarella cheese on the top.
  • Give it a shape of parcel, and place it in a tray lined with Oddy Ecobake Baking and Cooking Paper Circles, so that your parcels wouldn’t stick to the tray.
  • Rub in some butter on the parcels using a brush, & sprinkle some oregano on the top and some red chili flakes.
