Easy Aloo Paratha

About the Recipe

Aloo paratha is an Indian breakfast or dinner recipe made from whole wheat flour, boiled potatoes, and spice powders. These are commonly served with butter, pickles, and curd. Make the aloo paratha on a tawa by lining it with Oddy Ecobake; that reduces the amount of grease needed for making paratha, thus reducing cleaning time and effort.
