Eggless Chocolate Muffins

About the Recipe

The eggless chocolate muffins have a deep chocolate flavour and are moist in texture. The chocolate flavour comes from unsweetened cocoa powder and chocolate chips sprinkled on top. This can be served along with a strong cup of coffee for adults or with a glass of milk for your kids. Even though the muffins are baked on the stove, they bake perfectly moist because they are lined with Oddy Ecobake, which is convenient to use as it can be cut to your desired size and is non-sticky and grease-proof.

  • Cocoa powder-1/4 cup & Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla essence-2 tsp Choco chips
