Oreo Brownie Cake

If you are bored of eating the same kind of cake every time and also have some left over Oreo biscuits in your pantry, then make this Oreo biscuit cake that is made from whole wheat flour, sugar, and Oreo biscuits. This is a moist, rich, and delicious chocolate cake that will melt away in your mouth. The cake is baked perfectly and demolished easily when Oddy Ecobake is used to line your baking pan. Oddy Ecobake provides the necessary greasing, so the cake slides off the baking pan without much effort.

 

Ingredients

 

  • Chopped dark chocolate – ½ cup & Butter-50 g
  • Brown Sugar - 2/3 Cup (80 gm) & Milk - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • Whole Wheat Flour - 1 Cup (120 gm) & Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
  • Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp & Pinch of Salt
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 Tsp & Vanilla Essence - 2 Tsp
  • Eggs - 2 & Chopped Oreo Biscuits - 1/4 Cup
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Mix chopped dark chocolate, butter, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl and melt them completely using the double boiler method.
  • Add milk to it and whisk well. Now add the sifted dry ingredients and vanilla essence to it and mix using the cut and fold method.
  • Then add eggs to it gradually and mix well. Lastly, add the chopped Oreo biscuits and combine well to form a smooth batter.
  • Line a 6-inch baking pan with Oddy Ecobake. Transfer the batter onto it, spread it, and tap it well.
  • Place a few pieces of Oreo biscuits on top. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Bake the oreo biscuit cake for 20 minutes. Check with a toothpick: A clean toothpick means a perfectly baked cake. Demould the cake carefully, cut it into slices, and enjoy.
