Exotic Pink Velvet Cake

Our celebrations are enhanced by cakes. Try this pink velvet cake, which is created in an oven using a cake premix and the required ingredients. When Oddy Ecobake, which is created from natural wood pulp, is used to line your baking tray, the red velvet cake is baked soft and spongy. It is safe to use, reusable, and non-sticky.

Ingredients

 

  • Vanilla cake premix-150 g & Oil-2 tbsp
  • Water-½ cup & Mix fruit essence-⅛ tsp
  • Pink gel food colour- 2 drops & White chocolate compound-50 g
  • Milk- 2 tbsp & Cream-1 cup
  • Golden sprinkles & Edible gold dust
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Mix together vanilla cake premix, oil, water, mixed fruit essence, and pink gel food color in a mixing bowl to form a smooth batter.
  • Line a baking tray with Oddy Ecobake and transfer the batter to it. Spread and tap well.
  • Bake it for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 °C. Let it cool for sometime and unmould .
  • Melt the white chocolate compound and milk in a pan. Beat cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form to make whipping cream.
  • Mix it with melted chocolate and beat until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate for some time. Make chocolate popsicles as explained and keep them prepared.
  • Slice the cake into three layers. Spread whipping cream on a cake board, place a layer of cake, coat with sugar syrup, and spread whipping cream.
  • Repeat the process for other layers too. Cream coats the cake with whipping cream.
  • Create a pattern on the sides using a cake comb. Decorate the cake with chocolate popsicles, whipping cream, cookies, and golden sprinkles as shown.
  • The delicious pink velvet cake is ready to be enjoyed.
