Flavorful Tofu Fry

Tofu made from chickpeas or gram flour is simple to make, high in protein, grain-free, and delicious. A variety of recipes can be created using it, including adding it to your preferred gravy or frying it and serving it as a snack. Ingredients

 

  • Chickpea or gram flour- 1 cup & Salt-1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder -¼ tsp & Water- as needed
  • Oil or ghee- for frying
  • Oddy Ecobake
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Mix together chickpea flour, salt, and turmeric powder along with water in a mixing bowl. Add water gradually to reach a thin consistency without lumps.
  • Take a cup of water in a pan, add the chickpea flour mixture to it, and mix well. Place it on the stove and cook over a low flame.
  • Cook until the mixture becomes thick as shown, stirring continuously. Switch off the flame and shift it to a tray while it's hot.
  • Spread well. Cover it with Oddy Ecobake and refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut it into pieces after refrigerating. The tofu is ready.
  • Heat oil or ghee in a pan and fry the tofu pieces until they become golden brown on all sides.
  • The flavorful tofu fry is prepared. Wrap and pack it in Oddy Uniwraps for your snack.
