Trending Chocolate Cheese Cake

About the Recipe

The crust of this cheesecake is made of Oreo crumbs, while the filling is creamy chocolate cheesecake with chocolate ganache on top. We can easily make this cake with the common ingredients that you already have in your kitchen. Oddy Ecobake helps you bake the cake and demold it easily without the need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Full cream milk - 750 ml & Vinegar - 1.5 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp & Salt - 2 pinches
  • Oreo biscuits - 2 packets & Melted butter - 2 tbsp
  • Dark gram compound - 80 gm & Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Whipped cream - 6 tbsp & Dark chocolate compound - 60gm
  • Whipped cream - 2 tbsp & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • To prepare the paneer, boil full-cream milk in a pan and add vinegar to it when the milk comes to a boil. Separate the paneer using a muslin cloth as shown. Blend paneer, vanilla essence, and salt together in a mixer jar to prepare the cream cheese.
  • Freeze the cream cheese in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes. Crush Oreo biscuits in a mixer jar to prepare the base. Take a detachable mold or mold prepared using OHP sheet as shown in the video and line it with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Apply a layer of the biscuit crumb mixed with butter at the bottom of the mold and set it using a glass. Prepare chocolate ganache with dark chocolate compound using the double boiler method. Beat the cheese using a beater until it reaches a creamy consistency.
  • Add the chocolate ganache and powdered sugar to it and beat once again. Add whipped cream to a mixing bowl and beat it until it is fluffy. Beat it once again after adding chocolate cream cheese until it reaches a creamy consistency.
  • Pour the chocolate cream cheese over the biscuit crumbs, spread it uniformly and freeze for two hours. To prepare the chocolate ganache, melt dark chocolate compound, whip cream, and pour it over the frozen chocolate cheesecake. Freeze this cake for 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with cherries, cut the cake into slices.
