  • Let it cool in refrigerator for 10 mins. After that remove from refrigerator and cut it nicely as per your preference into the required shapes. Our rava snack is ready. I have made it into small triangle shapes. If you want you can eat it like this or else you can deep fry it.
  • For deep frying in a kadai add oil and let it heat nicely. Place your rava snack and cook nicely till the rava snack is golden brown. Our Fried Rava Snack is ready to eat. Serve it with sauce, green chutney.
  • In the meantime, put the water for boil for placing the dhokla batter for steaming. Now pour the batter in the tray and pat the base to settle the batter equally. Sprinkle little red chilli powder on the batter.
  • Place the dhokla batter tray on the water. Cover it and let it steam for 10-15 minutes. After 12 minutes, check with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes clean, then dholkla is ready to be served.
