  • All purpose flour-2 cups & Yeast-1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt-1/2 tsp + ½ tsp & Milk powder-1 tbsp
  • Sugar-1 tbsp & Warm water-1 cup
  • Olive oil-1 tsp & Pizza sauce
  • Shredded cheese & Chopped onion
  • Chopped Tomato & Chopped capsicum
  • Cooked chicken pieces & Oregano & Chilli Flakes
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

  • Mix flour, salt, dry yeast, sugar, and milk powder in a bowl. Add warm water gradually, mix well, and punch.
  • Grease the dough with oil, cover the bowl with a wet cloth, and rest for 1 hour. Punch the dough again after 1 hour.
  • Divide it into two portions. Line a flat pan with Oddy Ecobake, cut to the size of the base as shown.
  • Roll the dough thick and transfer it to the pan. Spread the dough with your palms and poke holes all over it. Spread pizza sauce on it.
  • Then garnish with cheese, vegetables, chicken pieces, and cheese all over it. Preheat a dosa pan on the stove, and then cover and cook the prepared pizza on a low flame for 20–25 minutes.
  • Check to see if it has baked, and cook for 5 more minutes if needed. Mix chili flakes, oregano, and salt in a small bowl and sprinkle on the pizza. Cut into slices. Serve hot.
  • Place the dhokla batter tray on the water. Cover it and let it steam for 10-15 minutes. After 12 minutes, check with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes clean, then dholkla is ready to be served.
