Make this Kesar Kulfi Kalakand without condensed milk

About the Recipe

We are going to make Kesar kulfi kalakand at home with just a handful of ingredients. There is no need to use condensed milk or fresh cream to make this special Diwali sweet. Oddy Ecobake helps in setting the kalakand without greasing the mold, and there is no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • 200gm paneer & 1.5 cup milk powder
  • 1/2cup milk & 1/3 cup kesar kulfi crush
  • 2 tbsp chopped dry fruits & 1/2tsp cardamom powder
  • 1tsp ghee & Saffron strands
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Mix all the ingredients mentioned in a pan. Cook them by keeping them on the stove. After a while, the mixture will become like a liquid.
  • Cook until the mixture becomes like a thick paste. Add ghee to the mixture and mix well. Switch off the stove and transfer it to a tray lined with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Press and spread the kalakand evenly on the tray. Garnish the kalakand with kesar strands and chopped dry fruits and press gently.
  • Let the kulfi kalakand set well and cool down. Then cut it into small pieces and enjoy.
