Corn Chilla

A gluten-free diet involves avoiding foods that contain gluten, which can be found in grains like wheat and barley. Try making this corn-based gluten-free chilla, which can be made from ground corn and spices and is quick and easy to prepare. Oddy Uniwraps, which are made of organic cellulose and are therefore safe to use, can be used to serve the corn chilla. It is non-sticky, grease-locking, and moisture balancing.

Ingredients

 

  • Corn cob-1 big & Onion-1
  • Coriander leaves & Green chili-2
  • Capsicum-1 & Cumin-1 tsp
  • Whole coriander -1 tbsp & Dry red chili-5 to 6 no.
  • Garlic pods- 15 to 20 & Gram flour
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Remove the corn from the cob. Wash and clean corn. Finely chop onions, capsicum, green chili, and coriander leaves.
  • Grind together cumin, coriander seeds, dry red chili, garlic, and cleaned corn to a paste in a mixer grinder.
  • Transfer it to a bowl, then add the chopped vegetables, salt, and turmeric powder to it and mix well.
  • Add gram flour to it if needed to adjust the consistency. Heat a heavy flat pan, pour oil on it, and spread the ground batter on it with a spoon.
  • Cook it on a medium flame, flip after one side gets cooked.
  • Cook until it turns crisp and golden brown on both sides. The corn chilla is ready to serve.
  • Serve it on a plate lined with Oddy Uniwraps.
