Mango Ladoo

Instant Mango Coconut Ladoo can be easily pulled off with just a few ingredients. This dessert is made with mango puree, coconut, rava, and milk. Oddy Ecobake is used to make ladoos without greasing the plate with oil or ghee, eliminating the need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Mangoes - 3, Ghee - 4 tbsp & Oddy Ecobake
  • Rava - 1 cup & coconut powder - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1/2 cup & Yellow food color - A pinch
  • malai - 1/2 cup & Chopped nuts & seeds

Directions

 

  • Boil three mangoes in water and peel the skin. Grind the chopped mangoes to make mango puree and keep it aside.
  • Add ghee to a pan and roast sooji or rava in it until it changes color and turns aromatic. Now add dessicated coconut powder to the rava and mix well.
  • Switch off the stove and let it cool down. Meanwhile, add mango puree to a pan with sugar and let it come to a boil.
  • Then add the rava coconut mixture to the mango puree and mix well. Add malai, chopped nuts and seeds to the mixture and give them a good mix.
  • Switch off the flame once the mixture turns thick and starts leaving the pan. Once the mixture is cool, take a portion of it and prepare a ladoo.
  • Arrange the ladoos on a plate lined with Oddy Ecobake. Garnish the mango ladoos with chopped nuts, and enjoy!
