Mini pastry in 15 mins

Do you have a sweet tooth and crave for sweets all the time? Try making this mini pasty in under 15 mins. Made with wheat flour this cake is healthy as well as delicious. Try this and you’ll never get bored of eating mini pastries. Use Oddy Ecobake to line the baking dishes as it is grease-proof and eco-friendly.

Ingredients

 

  • Oddy Ecobake
  • 1/4 Cup sugar powder
  • 1/4 Cup fresh curd
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1/4 Tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Cup wheat flour
  • 1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 Tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 Tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 Cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp choco chips
  • 1/2 Cup dark chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp hot cream
  • 1 Cup whip cream
  • Coloured sprinkles

Directions

 

  • In a bowl add sugar powder, fresh curd, oil, vanilla essence, whisk and mix. Sieve wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, gradually add milk, whisk and mix.
  • Take 3 steel bowls and line it with Oddy Ecobake. Oddy ecobake helps in proper demolding. Pour batter in bowls till 3/4th.
  • Plate wire stand and steel plate, cover and pre-heat for 5 mins. After 5 mins place bowls for baking. Cover and bake at low flame for 15 mins. Remove once baked completely.
  • In a bowl whip cream and whisk until fluffy. Add chocolate ganache, whisk until stiff peak forms. Chocolate frosting ready. Demold and remove Oddy Ecobake.
  • Slice and smooth out top layer. Slice sponge into two halves. Apply chocolate frosting. Place top sponge layer. Smooth out surface. Apply chocolate ganache on top. Garnish with coloured sprinkles. Mini pastry is ready.
