Momo Mia Pizza

 

About the Recipe

Every member of the family will love pizza. Place momos in the corners of the typical pizzas and top with your preferred toppings to give them a distinctive touch. Using the Oddy Ecobake, the Momo Mia Pizza is baked to achieve the ideal level of crispiness and stickiness. Oddy Ecobake is reusable, heat-resistant, and environmentally friendly.

Ingredients

 

  • Lukewarm water -1/2 cup & Dry Active yeast-1 tsp
  • Sugar-1 tsp & All-purpose flour -1.5 cups
  • Milk powder -2 tsp & Oil-2 tsp
  • Lukewarm water -1/4 cup & Momos
  • Schezwan sauce & Oregano
  • Chilli flakes & Chopped capsicum
  • Boiled corn & Jalapenos & Mozzarella cheese
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Stir warm water and sugar together. It should be combined with active yeast and let 15 minutes to rest. Add flour, milk powder, and oil to it now, and combine thoroughly.
  • To create a soft dough, add lukewarm water and thoroughly knead the mixture. It should be greased with oil and given 45 minutes to rest. Divide into two parts. Spread it out.
  • Oddy Ecobake is used to line a baking pan. Carefully place the rolled dough inside and evenly spread it.
  • Momos should be placed on the corners and folded as indicated. Spread equally a spoonful of Schezwan sauce in the center.
  • Sprinkle it with grated mozzarella cheese. Choose your favorite toppings to add. Oregano and chili flakes should be liberally sprinkled on top.
  • Preheat an oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Bake it for 12 minutes. The crispy and delicious momo Mia pizza is ready.
