Multi-Layer Veg Cheese Sandwich

A cheese sandwich is a simple and basic sandwich made by placing the cheese in between two buttered slices of bread. This recipe for a veg-cheese sandwich is made from healthy choices of vegetables like corn, onion, tomato, and cheese. Oddy Ecobake which is non-sticky and chlorine-free is used in the recipe to make crispy and cheesy sandwiches.

Ingredients

 

  • Chopped Tomato – 2 tbsp & Tbsp Sweet Corn - 2 Tbsp
  • Paneer - 2 Tbsp Chopped & Capsicum - 2 Tbsp
  • Chopped Onion - 2 Tbsp & Tomato Ketchup - 1 Tbsp
  • Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp & Chilli Flakes
  • Tomato Sauce - 1 Tbsp & Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese, Oregano & Chilli Flakes
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Take chopped tomatoes, sweet corn, paneer, chopped capsicum, and chopped onions and mix well. Now add the tomato ketchup and mayonnaise to a bowl and combine them well. Apply it to a slice of bread.
  • Place the mixture of veggies on the bread and mozzarella cheese pieces. Spread mayonnaise on the other slice of bread and the veggie mixture. Apply butter to the other slice of bread and cover it. Apply ketchup and mayonnaise sauce now.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese with oregano and chilli flakes. Cover and cook for a minute on the stove. Line a baking tray with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the sandwiches for a minute at 180 degrees Celsius. The crispy and healthy 3-layer veg-cheesy sandwich is ready.
