Mungfali laddu is made from roasted dry nuts, roasted peanuts, and jaggery. It is also called “Energy Laddu” since it is a protein-rich yummy snack and quick energy booster for all age groups. It can be served as a light dessert after meals. The jaggery syrup for making the laddu is made non-stick by pouring it on Oddy Ecobake, which is grease-proof, non-sticky, and reusable.
