New cake decoration with two color combinations. This will make the cake look attractive and vibrant with the sultan nozzle. While baking, use Oddy Ecobake for a good cake base. Oddy Ecobake is safe, healthy, and easy to use.

Ingredients
- 1&1/2 cup chocolate premix, 2 tbsp oil and water as required
- sugar syrup, 250 ml whipped cream
- grated chocolate, liquid color (green, yellow & pink)
- sultan nozzle, N21 nozzle,
- decorative sugar balls (purple and silver)
- Oddy Ecobake
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, take 1& 1/2 cup chocolate premix, add water as required and 2 tbsp oil. Mix well and prepare cake batter.
- Bake it for 30-35 mins. Allow it to cool and cut into three layers. Put some cream on cake board and place a layer of cake, coat it with sugar syrup and whipped cream.
- Put some grated chocolate. Repeat the steps and complete till crump coating. For icing take whipped cream in a bowl, add few drops of green and yellow liquid color.
- This will turn into green cream. Fill the cream into a piping bag and complete the cake frosting. Even the cake top and sides with a card scrapper.
- Take a big spatula of whipped cream and add pink liquid color. Add this in a piping bag, along with sultan nozzle. Make six designs close to each other with a sultan nozzle.
- Make small design with N21 nozzle along the base of the cake. With same nozzle make dots inside the design made with sultan nozzle.
- Add some silver sugar balls on the dots. Place a big purple sugar ball. Make two rows of small dots in the cake top in between the gap of sultan design. Lastly place small silver sugar balls in the centre of the cake.
