Ingredients

 

  • White Chocolate chips as required
  • Oddy Ecobake
  • Gel color of different kinds (red, green, orange, yellow)
  • shape cutter

Directions

 

  • In a mixer, take white chocochips and grind it into a fine paste like consistency. Keep checking it while grinding.
  • Remove from mixer jar and mix it with finger tips. It will become like dough texture.
  • Make small balls and roll it on Oddy Ecobake and cut out different shapes as per cake decoration. It can be floers, stars, petals or leaves, roses.
  • Also, you can add colors to the dough, mix well. Roll out flat shapes and cut out different designs with a shaper or decorative tool.
  • Store the decorative cuttings for future use in Oddy Ecobake. It will keep it fresh and save time for next cake decoration.
