No-Maida No-Butter Karachi Biscuits

Karachi biscuits are everyone’s favorite and will be mesmerized by their taste and flavor. Today we are going to see how to make Karachi biscuits with and without an oven. Oddy Ecobake & Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray is used to bake biscuits without the need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Powdered sugar - 1/3 cup & Ghee - 1/3 cup
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup & Milk powder - 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla cust. powder - 2 tbsp & Elaichi powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp & Salt - a pinch
  • Chopped pista - 1 tbsp & Chopped cashew - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds - 1 tbsp & Tutti frutti - 2 tbsp
  • Watermelon seeds - 1 tbsp & Dry fruits

Directions

 

  • Beat powdered sugar and ghee together in a bowl. Add the dry ingredients through a sieve to the same bowl and mix well. Add the chopped nuts and elaichi powder one by one to the dough and give them a good mix.
  • Transfer the dough to a cling wrap and shape it into a rectangular bar. Freeze the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. After 30 minutes, slice the dough into small pieces.
  • Arrange them on a baking tray lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the raw biscuits in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 15 to 17 minutes.
  • You can also bake the biscuits on a tawa or in a pan using an Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray. Once the biscuits are baked completely, remove them from the tray and tawa. Let them cool down for a while and enjoy.
