Tender and Fluffy Teatime Cake

About the Recipe

Today’s teatime cake will be soft and spongy. This cake can be made without eggs, milk, or an oven. Oddy Uniwraps helps you wrap your teatime cake to keep it tender and fluffy. Oddy Uniwraps can be reused.

Ingredients

 

  • 1cup maida & 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1/3cup powdered sugar & 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup vanilla powder/1tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2tsp baking soda & 200gm condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup melted butter & Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Using a sieve, strain the dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients together to prepare the cake batter.
  • Transfer the cake batter to a cake and bake it for 40 minutes in a preheated kadai.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, demold it and cut it into slices.
  • Wrap and pack the cake slices in Oddy Uniwraps to keep them soft and fresh.
