These heart breakingly Nutella & Chocolate rolls  will never disappoint! Rich and irresistible, it is the perfect hit of chocolate for chocolate and nutella lovers! Ingredients

 

  • Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray
  • Nutella & Dark chocolate
  • Milk & butter

Directions

 

  • Roll the proofed dough (already prepared) into a full-size chapati. Spread the nutella on it as shown and bits of dark chocolate.
  • Handle the dough very softly and roll it as shown in the video. Keep one roll on an Ecobake tray and leave it for sometime after covering it for proofing.
  • Then give it a milk wash once proofing is done. Preheat the oven at 200 Degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Then bake the roll at 180 Degrees for about 20 minutes. Turn off the lower rod after 10 minutes.
  • Then give the roll milk and butter wash once it is baked properly. Then cover it with a cloth for some time.
  • Once it cools down, cut into smaller pieces and serve them to your guests.
