About the Recipe
Cake is the go to dessert for every celebration, whether big or small. It gets better when you bake it by yourslef. Making cake is not much difficult, but decorating it can be back-breaking, in this recipe we will try to ease off the cake decoration, and hope it’ll be helpful.

Ingredients
- Rinced Orange
- 1 Cup (130 gm) Maida
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp baking Soda
- Salt 2 pinches
- 60 ml Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/2 tsp Orange essence
- Few drops of Orange Food Color (optional)
- 2 Tbsp Warm Milk
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1+1/4 Cup of Whipping Cream
Directions
- To make Base:
- Take a bowl and strain Maida, baking powder, and Baking Soda with a pinch of salt into it.
- Take orange juice in a bowl add powdered sugar and mix them.
- Add Milk, Oil, Orange essence, and Orange gel food color in it along with Orange Rinse, and give it a mix.
- Transfer this mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix them properly, to make the smooth and lump-free batter.
- Add mildly warm milk to maintain the consistency of the batter and add vinegar to it, and mix it.
- Transfer the batter to the cake tin, which is lined with Oddy Ecobake Brown Baking and Cooking Paper, so that your recipe would come out clean and smooth in perfect shape
- Put the cake tin in the cooker, which was pre-heated for 10 mins on low flame.
- Cover the cooker and bake it for 45-50 mins on low flame,

- For Decoration:
- Take whipping cream in a bowl & beat it using a beater. Crumb Coat the cake, spreading a thin layer of frosting on it.
- Take 2 Spatula of Whipped Cream in a bowl, and add 3-4 drops of radiant green color. Mix it and spread the cream on the cake
- Similarly, make Pink & yellow Creams in 2 bowls. Transfer Pink Cream to a piping bag, take a hand masher and use the piping bag to make circles on the masher's holes, by outlining them.
- Stamp this masher in the center of the cake, applying minimal pressure to transfer those rings to the cake's surface.
- Now, transfer pink and yellow cream into a piping bag with having swirl hape nozzle Make a rose shape on the 3/4th portion of the cake, as shown in the video.
- Make some drops at the bottom of the cake too, as shown in the video.
