Paan Masala Cake

Ingredients

 

  • 180 gms premix
  • 1.5 tbsp oil
  • 2-3 drops pan masala flavor
  • Water
  • 2-3 drops green color
  • Oddy Ecobake
  • 250 ml whipping cake
  • Berry crush
  • Red color emulsion 4-5 drops

Directions

 

  • In a bowl add premix, oil, water, paan masala flavor and green color. Mix well. Make a smooth batter.
  • Line the baking tin with Oddy Ecobake. It helps in easy baking and demolding of the cake. Pour the cake batter. Tap the tin to remove air bubbles. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 mins.
  • Demold the cake and cut 3 layers. In a cake board apply some cream and start assembling the cake. Keep one layer of cake. Apply sugar syrup with brush. Add whipping cream and spread evenly. Add berry crush and spread.
  • Repeat the process for other two layers. Crum coat the cake. Apply cream and do final finishing of the cake. Give a smudge shaded effect as shown with red color emulsion.
  • In a cling film add pink color whipping cream in square shape. Add red color whipping cream in centre. Fill Russian nozzle piping bag as shown.
  • Make flowers as shown. Give a shade of pink on the sides of the cake. Add a layer of cream and start making flavors on top. Make detailing as shown. Add white sugar balls on top and sides of the cake.
  • Make borders for the cake and finally add silver spray. Our Paan cake is ready.
