Paneer Tikka Open Sandwich

Ingredients

 

  • ⅓ cup of Curd
  • 1.5 tbsp of roasted besan
  • 1 tbsp cumin coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp of asafoetida
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  • 1.5 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients

 

  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • ¼ tsp black salt
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 200gm of Paneer
  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup of green chutney
  • 1 cup Capsicum

Directions

 

  • Take ¼ cup of curd in mixing bowl, add 1.5 tbsp roasted besan, 1 tbsp cumin coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp haldi, ¼ tsp of heeng, 1 tbsp kasoori methi, 1.5 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder, salt, 1 tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp black salt, 1 tbsp mustard oil and some chopped coriander and mix it well.
  • Add 200 gm of Paneer Cubes to it, add 1 cup of chopped capsicum and ¼ cup of boiled sweet corn. Mix them properly. Let it rest for 10 mins
  • Meanwhile, to make dip, add ¼ cup of mayonnaise and ¼ cup of green chutney to a bowl and mix them well.
  • Take 6 slices of bread, square cut three out of them. On the remaining three, spread the dip we prepared and place a cheese slice on each. Place the hollow squares on top of it, as shown in figure and add Paneer tikka mixture in it.
  • Add some mozzarella cheese as per your taste and garnish with some oregano. Spread some melted butter on the sides of break using a brush
  • Place the breads on baking tray lined with Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper and bake them for 10 mins in oven which is preheated on 170 degree celsius
  • After 10 mins take them out, and your recipe is ready to serve
