Potato Brinjal Masala With Chapati

For lunch or dinner, try this quick and easy potato brinjal masala. All you need are a few simple ingredients like spice powders, potato, and brinjal. With chapati or Jeera rice, it tastes excellent. When served with hot, fresh chapati, the aloo brinjal fry is delicious. Oddy Uniwraps Brown can be used to wrap the chapati to maintain its freshness and delicious for a very long time. Ingredients

 

  • Oil-3 tbsp & Cumin-1/2 tsp & Chopped garlic-15 pods
  • Potato-2 & Brinjal-2 & Salt-to taste
  • Turmeric piwder-1/4 tsp & Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder-1/2 tsp & Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala-1/2 tsp & Dill leaves (Finely chopped)
  • Oddy Uniwraps Brown

Directions

 

  • Cumin is added to heated oil and cooked thoroughly. Then, add potato cubes that have been peeled and chopped, and thoroughly fry.
  • Cook potatoes under cover until they are tender. Add the cut brinjal to it, and then fried it well over a low flame for a while.
  • After that, simmer for 3 to 4 minutes with the lid on while adding salt and turmeric powder. Then, add the garam masala, cumin, coriander, and chilli powders, and whisk everything together until it comes together.
  • The tomatoes should then be added and thoroughly cooked until they are mushy. Lastly, garnish it with dill leaves.
  • Serve it with jeera rice or chapati. Oddy Uniwraps brown are used to pack and wrap the chapati to keep them warm, fresh, and hygienic for a long time.
