About the Recipe
Today we are going to learn how to make soya puffs. This is a very tasty and healthy recipe, as we are not going to use oil to make the puffs. Oddy Ecobake is used to bake the soya puff without it sticking to the baking tray.

Ingredients
- Oil - 2 tbsp, Onion - 1 Tomato - 1 & Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Red chillies - 2 & Curry leaves - A handful, Salt as needed
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp & Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp & Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp & Chopped coriander leaves
- Diluted coconut milk & Water - 2 to 3 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp & Puff sheet squares
- Oddy Ecobake, milk & Hot oil
- Soya chunks - 1 cup, ginger - 1 inch & Garkic - 3 to 4 cloves
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and red chillies to it, and stir well. Add onions and tomatoes to the pan and cook until they become soft.
- Add the garlic cloves, ginger, and other masalas to the pan and mix well. Add cooked soya chunks to the pan and give them a good mix.
- Add diluted coconut milk to the pan and let it be absorbed completely by the soya chunks. Add pepper powder, chopped corainder leaves and ghee at the end and cook for a minute.
- Your soya chunk filling is complete. Take a baking tray lined with Oddy Ecobake. Place the puff sheet square on the baking tray and add soya filling to it.
- Seal the filling with the other half of the ouff. Wash the upper layer of the puff with warm milk. Bake the puff for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C. Your soya puff is ready!
