Tilachi Vadi

About the Recipe

Sesame seeds are a great source of calcium, which supports the development of strong, healthy bones. Even though it is considered healthful, it can be particularly difficult to get children to consume because the food has a mildly bitter flavour as they chew it. Make this iron-rich jaggery and roasted sesame seed Tilachi vadi, which may be served as a dessert or packed as a snack for your children. Due to their grease resistance and lack of stickiness, Oddy Ecobake makes making the process quick and easy.
