Try This Tasty Stuffed Paneer Kulcha

In this recipe, we are going to learn how to make stuffed paneer kulcha with readymade kulcha. This is a very easy and tasty recipe. Brown Oddy Ecobake aids in baking your stuffed kulcha in the sandwich maker without the need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Oil - 2 tbsp & Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 1, tomatoes - 2 to 3 & Salt as required
  • Capsicum - 1 & Coriander leaves
  • Paneer - 300 gm & turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp & Garam masala - 1 tsp

Directions

 

  • In a pan, heat the oil and stir in the ginger-garlic paste. Once it changes color, add the chopped onion and capsicum to the pan and sauté well.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala to the pan and mix well. Add tomato paste to the mixture and let it cook well.
  • Add ground paneer to the mixture and mix well. Once oil starts oozing out from the stuffing, switch off the stove.
  • Take a readymade kulcha, apply the stuffing, and place a cheese slice on it. Place another kulcha on it, cut it into two halves and wrap it with brown Ecobake.
  • Place this wrapped kulcha in a sandwich maker and bake it for 3 to 4 minutes. Take the stuffed paneer kulcha out of the Ecobake cooking paper once it is done and then enjoy.
