The mango recipes are always yummy, so here goes one of your favorites, a yummy mango pure cake within an hour.

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Ripend mangoes preferably nilem variety as we get 1cup sweet mango puree
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 /2 Cup maida
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line the loaf pan with ecobake parchment paper (so that there is no need to grease it with oil ) just keep it aside.
- To prepare cake batter- take 4egg and whisk it well using an electric beater until froth is formed.
- Add sugar slowly to the egg froth formed and simultaneously keep whisking it (but don't over whisk it).
- Just mix it well and add mango puree, continue whisking it again for 30sec.
- Add 1teaspoon of baking powder, after mixing it well add 1 1/2 cup of maida.
- Keep mixing it with a spatula (don't over-mix it , it will make your cake denser ) now cake batter is ready.
- Transfer the batter to a loaf pan and bake it in a pre-heated oven for 45min.
- If you wish you can garnish it with any seeds like pumpkin or melon seeds.
- After baking it, keep 30min out it to cool. take it from the loaf pan, slice it out and you can feel the texture of mango puree's aroma. 🙂
