Ingredients

 

  • Wheat Flour - 2 Cups & Oddy Uniwraps
  • Besan/Gram Flour - 1/2 Cup & Salt To Taste
  • Jeera Powder- 1 Tbsp & Kasuri Methi Leaves- 1/2 Tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 Tbsp & Coriander Leaves- 1/2 Tbsp
  • Drum Stick Leaves- 1 Cup & Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 Tbsp
  • Oil- 2 Tbsp & Water to Knead Dough

Directions

 

  • In a mixing bowl, tak wheat flour, gram flour and salt as per taste. Now add in the dry spices like jeera powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder and kasuri methi. Mix everything well.
  • Now add the ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, and mix it again properly and keep it aside. Take some drumstick leaves and chop it finely.
  • Now add it to the wheat flour mixture. Mix it well. Add some oil to it and mix again. Add water as required to knead tight dough as shown.
  • Apply a few drops of oil then cover it with a lid and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Knead it for a few times.
  • Take a big lemon-size dough, apply some dry wheat flour and flatten it out to make a chapati using a rolling pin.
  • Apply ghee all over the chapati and again sprinkle dry wheat flour. Fold it as shown in the video to make layers.
  • Again apply ghee and wheat flour. Make a folded square shape and flatten it. Spread some oil on hot tawa and cook chapati from both sides.
  • Pack rotis and chapatis in Oddy Uniwraps to keep them hot and fresh.
