Jamun Fruit Barfi

Here, we have shared the recipe of Jamun Fruit Burfi. During the monsoon season, we easily get fresh Jamun Fruit and we can make Jamun Shots, Jamun Icecream, Kulfi and many types of dessert. We can make this Jamun barfi very easily at home. Ecobake helps in getting the perfect barfi without any greasing and no need for cleaning afterward.

Ingredients

 

  • 500 grams Fresh Jamun Fruit (1 1/2 Cup Jamun Fruit Pulp)
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk Mawa/Unsweetened Khoya
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • As required Almond Slivers (For Garnishing)
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Take fresh jamun pulp and grind it into a smooth paste. Don't forget to wash and remove seeds first. Transfer the blended mixture into the pan.
  • Cook it on medium flame for 5-7 minutes. Keep stirring in between. Then add sugar and milk mawa to this. Mix it well. Keep the flame medium.
  • Make sure that there are no lumps. Cook until it becomes thick.Add some ghee and mix it well.
  • After some time, you will notice that the mixture is separated from the ghee. Turn off the flame. Let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
  • Line the tin with Oddy Ecobake and pour the prepared mixture into it. Set it equally and garnish it with almonds.
  • Keep it aside for 3-4 hours. After 4 hours, cut it into medium sized pieces.
