Ingredients

 

  • Tomato-1 kg & Red capsicum-1 medium
  • Garlic-10-12 cloves & Oddy Ecobake
  • Carrot- 1 medium & Bayleaf-2 no
  • Black pepper-1 tsp & White pepper-1 tsp
  • Oil-1 tsp & Onion-2 medium
  • Basil-10-12 pc & Salt- to taste
  • Tomato ketchup-1 tbsp & Butter-1 tbsp
  • Processed cheese- 50 to 80 gram

Directions

 

  • Take fresh red tomatoes and line the baking tray with Oddy Ecobake. Cut tomatoes into 2 parts and put the peel part in the open.
  • Along with this, put some pieces of red capsicum to roast. Sprinkle it with some oil, salt and black pepper as required. Roast in a preheated oven at 180 Degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
  • Roughly chop carrots, onions and garlic. Take a cooking vessel and put 1 tsp of oil. Once it is hot, add black peppercorns, bay leaf, and roughly chopped vegetables.
  • Stir and roast them for some time. Once the onion becomes soft, add roasted tomato and capsicum also. Add basil leaves as required.
  • Saute them well on high flame and cook them until they get mushy. Add processed cheese to it and mix well. Let it cool for sometime and remove bay leaf etc before grinding it.Strain the tomato paste and add some water to it.
  • Thick and smooth tomato paste is ready. Heat it again on the stove and add water. Boil it on high flame. Add tomato ketchup now and white pepper powder.
  • Then put in some butter and boil it for another 3-4 minutes. Add salt as required.
  • Delicious and hot tomato soup is ready to serve.
